Delivery :
If our products are ready in stock, we ship the next day, but since we produce our products in 5 batches of 20 pieces each, each product may not be ready for cargo at any time in our stock, in these cases, our shipping time is 3-7 days for standard products and 7-14 days for customised products. Returns :

As Runic, customer satisfaction is the most important value for us. Although we attach importance to quality and superior workmanship from the design to the manufacture of our product, if you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 14 days, our conditions are:
  • Items returned with scratches or other damage will not be accepted.
  • Custom sized , custom colored , personalized , engraved , final sale and limited numbered sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) barcode label which is generated during the return process.
  • RRF barcode label must be applied to the outside of the shipping box. Please make sure barcode is VISIBLE and not covered by other labels or shipping tape.
  • It may take up to 7-14 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

All of our leathers are categorised according to their intended use, so some types of leather may not be available in the product you are interested in. For example, our primalinea 99.9 leather does not allow the use of a mouse due to its extremely soft surface, so it is not used in office desk pads.

I want to engrave a picture on my product, is this possible?

Yes, of course this is possible, we first turn the picture you provide to us in engravings into a vector and make a demo, and then we send you an e-mail for approval, your images are processed on the skins like a hand-drawn portrait.

The size I want is not among the standard sizes, can you produce special sizes for me?
