Are your leather products easy to clean?

Are your products water-resistant?

Our leather, wood, and carbon fiber products are resistant to all kinds of non-chemical liquids, but excessive and prolonged exposure should be avoided as it may degrade the chemical structure of the material. Nubuck and alcantara are not naturally water-resistant and require careful maintenance. Cleaning of these products is carried out with different products and procedures.

Shipping

How can I place my order?

To place an order, browse our website, select the products you want to buy, and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to the payment page and enter your delivery and payment information to complete the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Troy, Wire Transfer), and sometimes alternative payment options depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Changes or cancellations can be made within a limited time after the order has been placed. If your products have not yet been shipped, you can cancel and make changes to your order. If you have purchased a customized product, you can cancel it if your order has not gone into production. Please contact us as soon as possible by including your order information to get information about order cancellation.

Shipping costs and free shipping

You can choose the free shipping option for orders over 5000 TL. For other orders, we have a fixed shipping fee of 250 TL to all 81 provinces of Turkey. With our expedited shipping option, you can receive your product within 3 business days, and the fee for this is 750 TL.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and location of your package.

We collaborate with reputable courier companies to ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. The specific courier company used may vary depending on factors such as your location, the chosen shipping method, and the product being shipped. We work with Yurtiçi Kargo and Hepsijet.

My order will be shipped in how long?

Our shipping times vary depending on the destination, the selected shipping method, and the product's stock status. We categorize our products into three categories: products in stock, made-to-order products, and customized products. For orders placed from Turkey, the delivery time for products in stock is 3-7 business days, while the delivery time for made-to-order and customized products is 7-14 business days. An average of 4-10 additional days may be required for other countries. Delays due to your country's customs procedures are excluded from these dates. If you have an urgent order, please contact us, and we are ready to do our best.

We ship Runic products to Turkey, the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, the United Kingdom, and EU countries. We also offer international shipping to the rest of the world. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately, including photos of the damaged or incorrect items. If serious damage has occurred during shipping, do not accept the product; please prepare a report and take photos. If the package has been left in your mailbox, take photos of it before opening it. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

You have the right to free return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. As soon as we receive and inspect your products, we will refund your payment method (excluding shipping costs) within 7 business days.

2. Custom sized, custom colored, personalized, engraved, final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
3. Returns must include the original RUNIC packaging.

If the product you want to exchange has the same price, there will be no payment difference. However, if you want to buy a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the difference. If you prefer a lower-priced product, you will need to initiate the return procedure.

In most cases, especially if the return is not due to our error or product defect, the return shipping is handled by the customer. However, if the return is due to our error or if the product is defective, we cover the return shipping costs. Returns are shipped at discounted prices with our contracted cargo company.

Do you accept returns for international orders?

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not available for orders placed from abroad.

Can I return a product I bought in a promotional sale?

Products purchased during promotional sales or discount events can be returned subject to our standard return policy. However, please review the specific terms and conditions of the promotion for any exceptions or limitations.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship defects of our products under normal use conditions for a specified period from the date of purchase. Please refer to the product documentation or contact our customer support team for detailed information.
