Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared to clearly and transparently state your rights and obligations regarding the product or service you have purchased.

To ensure the highest security standards in payment processes, your credit card information is never recorded by Runic; all transactions are carried out through our reliable payment infrastructure, iyzico.

All users are deemed to have read and approved the sales agreement the moment they complete their membership registration.


This contract is arranged between Umur Şengöz – RUNIC LEATHER (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") who shops through the website www.runiccreative.com, regarding the sales and delivery transactions carried out electronically. The name will be taken into consideration.
Article 1 - Subject
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products sold by the Seller to the Buyer, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 – Buyer Information
By becoming a member of the www.runiccreative.com website or shopping as a guest, all individuals are considered the Buyer and are party to this agreement.
Article 4 – Product Information
The type, model, color, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the products subject to sale are determined according to the information provided on the site during the purchase. Incorrect price or product information arising from software or system errors is not valid; in this case, the order is canceled, and the Buyer is informed.
Article 5 – General Provisions
5.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they are aware of the basic features of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, and the delivery conditions, and that they have given their approval electronically.

5.2. The product is delivered within the specified time, depending on the Buyer's location, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

5.3. If the product is to be delivered to a person or organization other than the Buyer, and this person does not accept the delivery, the Seller cannot be held responsible.

5.4. The Seller is obliged to deliver the product completely and in accordance with the qualities specified in the order.

5.5. Delivery is subject to the condition that the product price has been fully paid by the Buyer with the payment method selected. In case of non-payment or cancellation in bank records, the Seller is released from the delivery obligation.

5.6. If, after the delivery of the product, the Buyer's credit card is used unlawfully by third parties and the relevant bank does not pay the product price to the Seller; The Buyer must send the product to the Seller within 3 business days. In this case, the shipping fee belongs to the Buyer.

5.7. If delivery cannot be made due to force majeure (natural disasters, transportation obstacles, extraordinary situations, etc.), the Seller informs the Buyer of the situation. The Buyer can cancel the order, request an equivalent product, or request the postponement of the delivery time. In case of cancellation of the order, the Seller starts the refund process within 7 days.

5.8. In case of defective or damaged products received, the product must be sent to the Seller within 7 days from the date of delivery. The shipping cost is covered by the Seller in this case. If the time is exceeded, the product is directed to the relevant authorized service or repair unit.

5.9. This contract comes into effect at the moment it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
Article 6 – Delivery and Cargo Control
Upon delivery of the product, the package must be checked while the cargo officer is present. In case of damage during transportation, it is mandatory to have a report prepared by the cargo officer. The Seller or the cargo company does not accept responsibility for damaged products received without a report. Therefore, the product should be carefully checked upon delivery.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

7.1. Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products: There is no right of withdrawal for products manufactured by Runic or specially designed, prepared with custom measurements, colors, stitching, or material selection upon order. These products, as they are produced according to the Buyer's specific request, do not fall under the scope of cancellation or return, as required by law. 

7.2. Right of Withdrawal for General Products: For standard (non-custom) products, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 15 days from the delivery date. The product must be unused, its packaging undamaged, and in a resalable condition. The Buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify the Seller in writing or via e-mail within this period. 

7.3. Return Process: The product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be sent to the Seller along with the original invoice and the cargo delivery receipt. In case of withdrawal, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller will process the refund within 15 days after the product is returned. The Seller is not responsible for delays in the refund of the product price due to bank-related issues.

Article 8 – Competent Court

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade. By approving the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
