In the event of pricing or information inaccuracies due to software or system errors, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the Buyer.
2. Delivery Information
- Products are delivered within 30 days at the latest after payment confirmation.
- The package should be checked during delivery and a record should be kept in case of damage.
- Delivery location: The address specified by the buyer during the order.
3. Payment Information
- Credit card information is not recorded or stored by the Seller.
- Payment transactions are made via the secure İyzico infrastructure.
- Shipping is not done until the product price is fully paid.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
There is no right of withdrawal for personalized products.
Products prepared specifically for an order (size, color, stitching, personalization, etc.) cannot be returned or canceled.

Right of withdrawal for standard products
- Can be exercised within 15 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the Buyer.
- The return notification must be made in writing or via email.
The refund will be processed within 15 business days after the product reaches the Seller.
