Each piece is prepared upon your order and according to the production queue. The period specified on the product page represents the current production density and waiting list. This period refers to the estimated time your product will be prepared and delivered to DHL.

Even if your order has not been shipped yet or has a 2-3 week lead time, the production process may have already started. For this reason, if you wish to make a change to your order or cancel a personalized order , we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible.

Since personalized products — name, letter, logo, custom size or similar applications — are prepared specially for you, no returns or exchanges are accepted once production has started.

Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the "The Nine" piece belonging to the collection that came with your order must be returned in full.

All shipments and returns are carried out with DHL . Shipping tracking information will be shared via email when your order is shipped.

The Character of Natural Leather

The aniline leather used in our products is a special leather that preserves its natural texture and character. Due to the natural veins, pores, and unique texture of the leather, each piece may carry a different character.

Since each of our products is crafted by hand, it is natural to see small variations in stitching, edge finishing, or surface details. These are not production defects, but a natural result of handcrafting, and they create the unique character of each piece.

In terms of leather color, color consistency is always maintained across products. However, due to screen and device settings, the actual color of the product may show minor variations from the tone displayed on the screen.

Patina

Aniline leather **gains a natural patina over time** as it is used. The tone and surface character of the leather may change over time with use, contact, and light. This change is the way natural leather lives and becomes more beautiful over time.

Use and Care

We recommend keeping the leather away from alcohol, acetone, and similar chemicals. When cleaning is required, only recommended care products suitable for leather should be used.

It is recommended not to expose the product to intense and direct sunlight for long periods. Placing very hot objects directly on the leather surface may cause temporary marks on the surface.

Leather is a natural material that gains character over time. The patina and signs of use that develop are a part of the time the product spends with you.
